morning ... working by 7am ... classes till 9.30pm. Yeah ... I do work loooong hours. At times, it is very tiring but I m not complaining as I m doing something I love doing ... teaching and trading.
Property sector in PLAY : trade these up.
E&O : as one of the many property stocks that recovered so so well ... few folds from bottom. Was hanging around 30-40cents ... now going above RM1. That is how stock-market works ... can go against you during crashing lower ... or up so much during the THEME play ...the current play. buy on pullback ...
2023-2024 : PROPERTY THEME play.
so, have we missed the whole theme play and trend, what should we be doing?
Trade it up!! Buy and hold till the trend is OVER ... one day, eventually it would be over if the earnings could not sustain the valuations.
